How to Sign Up and Sign In to Your Captions Account

Learn how to create a Captions account and sign in across devices. Register with Google, Apple, email, or phone to access your videos and subscription.

Captions is available on iOS, Web, and Android.

Create your account using any of the following methods:

Sign In

Sign in with the same method you used when you first created your account. Mixing sign-in methods creates a separate account.

Projects are stored locally per device. Signing in on a second device will not show projects from your first device.

Restore Your Subscription

Purchased on the Apple App Store

Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID. You can restore it on any Apple device signed into the same Apple ID. To access your subscription on Web or Android, sign in with the same login method you used to sign up.

Purchased on the Google Play Store

Your subscription is tied to your Google account. You can restore it on any Android device signed into the same Google account. To access on other devices, sign in with the same login method you used to sign up.

Purchased on Web (Stripe)

Sign in with the same method you used to sign up on any device to restore your subscription.
